Who says that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? I believe that it’s never too late to learn something new. Over the pandemic, I happened across a surface called drafting film. I was intrigued and had to give it a go, but it was so different to any surface I had ever worked on. So, I took on an art club project with the lovely Bonny Snowdon (who definitely knows her way around this magical film) and produced this gorgeous bear. What a treat! It was a whole new way to draw for me in which you remove as much colour as you add to create all of the detail in his thick, wiry fur.
